The prices displayed are excluding VAT. VAT is to be added to obtain the inclusive price.
The minimum order amount is €150 excluding VAT.
Shipping fees are not included.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping costs via Mondial Relay (pick-up at a relay point) are free for any order of at least €200 excluding VAT in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Spain, and Portugal.
Home delivery costs via Mondial Relay are free from €300 excluding VAT for these countries as well as Germany and Italy (delivery time of about two weeks).
You can also choose shipping by post via Colissimo or tracked letter to all destinations (free shipping from €600).
Shipments are made quickly, within 3 working days.
Returns are accepted within 7 days following the receipt of your order. You must send us an email for this.
If some items do not suit you, we will exchange them or refund you.
Payment
The payment for your purchases is made at the time of order by the payment method of your choice:

  • PayPal (3% fee applicable)
We accept installment payments over 3 months for orders over €600. By transfer or check (send 3 post-dated checks, one month apart on the back).
